Subprocessor register.
We maintain a current list of every third party that processes personal information on our behalf — including purpose, data categories, country, and the agreement in place. The register is available on request to data subjects, prospective customers, and partners with a legitimate interest.
How to request the register
Two ways to receive the current list.
- By email. Write to privacy@regalis.co.za with the name of the entity making the request and your relationship to us (data subject, customer, prospective customer, partner, regulator).
- Through the privacy request form. Submit a privacy request of type "Access" or "Restriction" and mention that you would like a copy of the subprocessor register. We respond within 30 calendar days, usually sooner.
When you request the register we will share the current list, the agreement type (DPA / partner agreement / click-through), where each provider is based, and any cross-border transfer safeguards in place. We will also notify you of material changes to the list while you are an active customer.
