Property management software integrations
built for the South African stack.
Tenant screening, rent collection, subscription billing, messaging, load-shedding alerts and your own webhooks — wired into one operating record so the data never has to be re-keyed. Regalis connects to the South African tools your team already runs, then keeps a single source of truth across all of them.
- TPN screening
- Stitch & DebiCheck
- WhatsApp & SMS
- Webhooks & API

Screening, payments and messaging flow into the same lease, owner and invoice records your team already works in.
TPN, Stitch, DebiCheck, PayFast, EskomSePush and WhatsApp — the connectors a South African managing agent actually uses.
HMAC-signed outbound events and inbound email parsing let you extend the platform without waiting on a custom build.
The value is not the connector. It is that everything lands on the same record.
Most property teams in South Africa run a screening tool in one tab, a payments portal in another, a messaging app on a phone and a spreadsheet to tie it together. Every hand-off is a chance to mis-key an amount, miss a failed debit order or forget to tell a tenant the power is going out. The cost is rarely the software licence; it is the reconciliation time and the errors that slip through the gaps.
Regalis takes the opposite approach. A screening result lands on the application it belongs to. A card or DebiCheck payment matches itself to the right lease and invoice. A load-shedding notice goes out to exactly the tenants in that area. A utility bill emailed to your organisation address becomes a structured record. The integrations exist so the operating record stays whole — not so you have one more dashboard to check.
Where something is not built yet, we say so plainly. A two-way accounting sync to QuickBooks Online is on the roadmap, not live today. We would rather under-promise on a connector than imply an endorsement, a partnership or a certification that does not exist. Each integration is described by what it does for your operation, and nothing more.
What plugs into Regalis today.
Each entry below is an active connector. It is described by what it does for your workflow — none of these are official partnerships, endorsements or certifications by the third party named.
TPN tenant screening
With applicant consent, pull credit, fraud and rental-history checks straight into the application record so the reviewer sees the screening result alongside the rest of the file.
Stitch card & EFT collections
Accept tenant rent by card or EFT, auto-matched to the right lease and invoice so allocation is not a manual chore at month-end.
Stitch DebiCheck debit orders
Capture authenticated DebiCheck mandates, run monthly debit-order collections and retry failed collections automatically.
Stitch landlord payouts
Pay landlords from the trust account on schedule, with reconciliation back to the lease ledgers so the books stay clean.
PayFast subscription billing
Your own Regalis platform subscription runs on PayFast with recurring billing — separate from the tenant-facing rent rail.
EskomSePush load-shedding
Auto-publish load-shedding outage notices to tenants by area code, so nobody has to look up a stage schedule by hand.
WhatsApp Cloud API
Native WhatsApp through the Meta Cloud API for application links, maintenance dispatch offers and one-time security codes.
SMS gateway
Programmable transactional SMS for access codes, payment receipts and after-hours emergency dispatch as the messaging fallback.
Your own branded email
Send branded statements, notices and applicant emails from your own mailbox via SMTP or Google Workspace — not a generic no-reply.
Inbound email parsing
A unique forwarding address per organisation parses incoming utility bills into structured records — no API integration required.
Armed-response dispatch
Tenant-raised security alerts route signed dispatch to your armed-response providers, with acknowledgement, dispatch and resolution callbacks.
Outbound webhooks & API
Subscribe to events such as an access code being issued, a lease activating or an approval being decided, delivered as HMAC-signed payloads you can verify.
From switched off to flowing into the record.
Choose the connector you need
Pick from the active list — screening, collections, billing, messaging, load-shedding or webhooks. You only turn on what your operation actually uses, so the surface stays focused.
- Tenant screening
- Payments & payouts
- Messaging & alerts
Connect with your own credentials
Each connector uses your own account and keys — your TPN access, your Stitch facility, your PayFast merchant, your WhatsApp number, your mailbox. Regalis orchestrates the flow; the relationship with the provider stays yours.
- Your accounts, your keys
- No shared sub-accounts
- Revoke at any time
Data lands on the right record
A screening result attaches to its application, a payment matches its invoice, a notice reaches the right tenants. There is no export-and-re-import step — the operating record is the destination.
- Auto-matched to lease & invoice
- Consent captured up front
- Single source of truth
Extend it with events
When you need to push data onwards — to your own tools or a third party — subscribe to HMAC-signed webhooks or read the event API. Inbound email parsing handles the no-code direction for bills.
- HMAC-signed payloads
- Verifiable event delivery
- Inbound email parsing
What is live, what is on the roadmap, and what we will never claim.
The connectors described as active are active: TPN screening, Stitch card, EFT, DebiCheck and payouts, PayFast subscription billing, WhatsApp and SMS messaging, EskomSePush load-shedding notices, your own branded email, inbound email parsing for utility bills, armed-response dispatch routing, and outbound webhooks with an event API. Each is described by what it does for your operation.
A two-way QuickBooks Online accounting sync is on the roadmap and is not generally available today. We flag it as coming rather than imply it already works, because a connector that is half-true costs you more than one that is honestly labelled. If a capability is not shipped, you will see it described as roadmap or coming soon.
We do not claim partnerships, endorsements or certifications from any of the providers named, and we hold no security certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. The platform is structured to align with POPIA and to support the property-practitioner trust-account requirements South African managing agents work under. Where we describe compliance, we describe an approach, not a guarantee.

What integrations does Regalis offer for South African property managers?+
The active connectors cover the parts of the South African rental stack a managing agent touches daily: TPN for tenant screening, Stitch for card, EFT and DebiCheck collections plus landlord payouts, PayFast for your own subscription billing, WhatsApp through the Meta Cloud API and an SMS gateway for tenant and vendor messaging, EskomSePush for load-shedding notices, your own SMTP or Google Workspace mailbox for branded email, inbound email parsing for utility bills, armed-response dispatch routing, and outbound webhooks plus an event API to build your own.
How does the TPN tenant screening integration work?+
With the applicant's consent captured on the application, Regalis pulls credit, fraud and rental-history checks straight into the application record so the reviewer sees the screening result alongside the rest of the file. It describes what the connector does for your workflow — it is not an official endorsement or certification by TPN.
Can Regalis collect rent by debit order with DebiCheck?+
Yes. Authenticated DebiCheck mandates are captured through Stitch, monthly debit-order collections run on schedule, and failed collections are retried automatically. Card and EFT rent payments are auto-matched to the right lease and invoice, and landlord payouts settle from the trust account with reconciliation back to the lease ledgers.
What does the PayFast integration do?+
PayFast is the rail for your own platform subscription — it handles recurring billing for your Regalis seats. It is separate from the tenant-facing rent collection rail, which runs on Stitch. Both are described by what they do for you, not as endorsements by the providers.
Does Regalis send WhatsApp and load-shedding notices to tenants?+
Yes. WhatsApp runs natively through the Meta Cloud API for application links, maintenance dispatch offers and one-time security codes, with an SMS gateway as the transactional fallback. EskomSePush auto-publishes load-shedding outage notices to tenants by area code, so nobody has to look up a schedule by hand.
Is there a QuickBooks accounting sync?+
A two-way QuickBooks Online sync of invoices, receipts and ledgers is on the roadmap rather than generally available today. In the meantime the built-in general ledger, trial balance and statement exports give your accountant clean, structured figures to work from.
Can developers build their own integration on top of Regalis?+
Yes. Outbound webhooks let you subscribe to events such as an access code being issued, a lease activating or an approval being decided, delivered as HMAC-signed payloads you can verify. A unique inbound email address per organisation also parses incoming utility bills into structured records without an API at all.
Are these integrations official partnerships or certified connectors?+
No. Each connector is described by what it does for your operation. Regalis does not claim a partnership, endorsement or certification from any of the third parties named, and there are no security certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. The platform is structured to align with POPIA and to support property-practitioner trust-account requirements.
